I loved the birds flying in this scene.

I wonder who lives in here?

Not too clear but finally I managed to catch a photo of a beautiful goldfinch .

A bit dark as he was hiding in the shadows but if you click to zoom in, you will see the dipper.

I bet this leaf has a few stories to tell!

Who would have thought that these tiny wee yellow fungi type things would look so strange when zoomed in?

I loved the colours of this view up the Knock, Crieff.

An interesting view through the knot of roots in one tree.

An interesting, magic stone up the Knock.

Too dark to be clear when zoomed in but I still had to show you this fine fellow.

Quite dark colours this week, it would be interesting to see how the colours of my photos change each week over the year.

This hill was just beginning to be lit up with the sun to show it's lovely colours.

The view from my favourite oak tree.

An interesting looking thing?  Could have been textures from an old ship yard!

I liked the strange effects that the branches made on this photo.

A beautiful jewel.

Our Crieff Standing Stone.

A cold wee leaf!

A prickly but beautiful trap!

Sunday 1 November 2009

It was pouring today so I thought I would look at last years photos instead and it looks like it was the same then!!!

For some reason any time I manage to catch a photo of a squirrell the flash catches it's eyes.  I had to fill in this one.

Back to this years photos all I managed to get today were some rainy roses!  As it was very dull they don't zoom in very well.

But they still add some nice colour to the day.

And it is easy to imagine their lovely scent.
