Sadly the weather has resulted in a severe lack of butterflies

this year but luckily the wild flowers are doing brilliant.

Loads and loads of small tortiseshell butterflies today.  B-)

Finally some nice weather and some butterflies out.  B-)

Vane Farm

A day out at Vane Farm, Loch Leven.  It has been far too rainy for me to find butterflies or dragonflies but hopefully I will get to do another visit this year and the sun will have stayed out by then.  B-)

Not too pretty but very interesting.

A different kind of damselfly.

The sun only came out for a wee while today but atleast I saw a couple of butterflies, a good sign for when the Summer really does arrive!!
