    I have always wondered if young toads are called toadpoles.

    Toadpoles is a good name! B-)

    I did actually wonder how to tell if they were frogspawn and not wee toads. Apparantly toads lay less eggs and use deeper ponds.

Lady Mary's Walk (Crieff, Perthshire, Scotland)
